SOCKS

Socks are an underrated item in your suitcase especially when going to Disney. Everyone always talks about what shoes to wear but no one ever mentions that socks play a HUGE role in your foot comfort. I have tried tons of socks - from athletic brands and highly praised brands. But these are always the most comfortable by far!

SHOES

On my first Disney World trip, I made the mistake of thinking I could wear some cute strappy sandals. Boy was I wrong! Comfortable shoes are a must. Bonus points if they are cute! I love these Cole Haan Tennis Shoes. Best of both worlds. For a sandal option, I recommend a Birkenstock sandal or other foot bed sandal.

Masks

A new essential on my packing list. I really like these masks from American Eagle. They are super soft and comfortable to wear. They also don't break the bank coming in at under $10 for a 3 pack. We are also bringing a package of black disposable masks I got at Costco and these KN95 masks for the flight.

Tanning

I am ghostly by nature even in summer. So you can imagine how bad it gets in the winter! This past summer I decided to invest in a really good self tanner just to hep boost the color and prevent me from burning my skin. I turned to a good red headed friend for a recommendation and I could be more happy with this product. It tans you but doesn't make you look orange and works on all tones of skin. I'd recommend getting the kabuki brush for our hands and face. I won't pack this with me but it is part of my packing routine.

Straws

All Disney parks use paper straws. If that is annoying to you like it is to me, then I would suggest bringing some reusable straws. I like these from amazon. Simple, easy to clean and pack. I really like that they are dishwasher safe. If you forget, they do sell reusable straws in the parks but it will cost you a lot more.

FANNY PACK

I was late to the fanny pack club. I got my first one this summer and it became my go-to for our weekly zoo days. It so nice to have things I need often right on hand without having to dig through my diaper bag. I found the size of the Herschel fifteen to be ideal.

Jacket

Florida is pretty rainy and its not always expected. A good rain coat the packs up small is a great thing to have with you especially if rain is in the forecast for your trip. Lululemon is a splurge but you can always expect great performance from their coats. No one wants to be soggy!

Camera

If you didn't know, in real life I am a professional photographer so cameras are sort of my forte. When it came to photographing my family and the parks, I didn't want to lug around my Canon Mark III. The FujiFilm X-T20 gives you the features of a big camera in a slim body with some more user friendly features as well. I recommend getting a 23 mm lens and a 50 mm lens for versatility.

Sun Glasses

When Florida doesn't rain, it can be quite sunny. Sun glasses are a nice thing to have in your bag and I've found them easy to forget when you leave for the airport early in the morning. I like to bring a cheap pair in case they get scratched or lost.

If you like name brands, I got these Rayban sunglasses for Christmas and they are so light and comfortable! You can barely tell they are on your face

Swimsuit

I am actually notorious for wearing bikinis even while 9 months pregnant. I just find them more comfortable. BUT I found this one piece and I really love it. It's flattering with a little bit of sex appeal. The tie back straps make it easily adjustable for different torso lengths.

Skin Care

All the mask wearing really got to my skin. I decided to try a gamble on this gentle facial cleansing brush and it has helped so much. It gently exfoliates and removes any build up that happens through out the day and has reduce breakouts on my skin. It works similar to the PMD brushes but at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be taking this with me to Disney since we will be wearing masks all day.

LUGGAGE

A good suitcase is a great investment. We purchased our away luggage 4 years ago and its still in great shape. I love the durability and functionality of all their luggage. We bought a three piece set with the carry on, medium and large. We probably use the medium the most.

Disney Shirts

I love shopping small shops. You can see my small shop round up post for some good shops with great shirts. But I also love picking up shirts at Target. They have some great designs and they don't break the bank especially if you are only buying it for your trip. This is a new one that i really love!

GUM

Another item that I will mention that you should definitely pack is gum! You can not buy gum ANYWHERE on Disney property not even the gas station. You will need to bring this little item with you if you like to have fresh breath.
